Refund policy
If your order is missing an item, or if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please email us at akanksha@barkersdozen.dog within 48 hours of delivery. We will reship the correct item at no additional cost. Please note that replacement or refund requests cannot be processed after this 48-hour window.
Return Conditions for Non-Food Items:
Ensure the product is in its original condition, including all tags, labels, accessories, packaging, and invoice. In case of manufacturing defects, we require the original packing and invoice, even if the product has been used.
Refund Processing:
Once we receive and process your returned shipment, the refund will be initiated immediately. Please note that some banks may take 7 to 21 days to complete the refund process.
Non-Returnable Products:
The following products are not eligible for return or replacement:
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Used or installed consumable items
- Digital products/services
- Products returned without original packaging and accessories
Order Cancellation:
To cancel an order, email us at akanksha@barkersdozen.dog within 24 hours of placing it. Cancellations requested after this period cannot be processed.
Fraudulent Activity and Order Cancellation:
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to fraudulent activity, pricing inaccuracies, stock unavailability, or incomplete user information. Orders suspected of fraud may lead to IP logging and potential account blocking.
